As part of our commitment to meeting your expectations, we have implemented a Personal Data Protection Policy. This Policy outlines our commitments to you and explains how EXPERIENCIAH uses your personal data.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

In this Policy, “EXPERIENCIAH” refers to:

• The company EXPERIENCIAH SA, with its headquarters located at the corner of Avenue Annakhil and Bd Addolb, Suncity Project Building B, 4th floor, Rabat;

• Subsidiaries and other affiliates of EXPERIENCIAH SA involved in hotel activities;

• Hotels operated under any of the EXPERIENCIAH brands in Morocco.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?

At various times, we may need to collect information about you and accompanying individuals, including:

• Contact details such as full name, phone number, email address;

• Personal information like date of birth and nationality;

• Information about your children (first name, date of birth, age);

• Credit card number for transactions and reservations;

• Information from an ID document such as a national ID card, passport, or driver’s license;

• Your EXPERIENCIAH loyalty program number or another partner program number, including related activity;

• Arrival and departure dates;

• Preferences and interests such as smoking/non-smoking room, preferred floor, type of bedding, newspaper preferences, cultural interests, food and beverage preferences;

• Your questions or feedback during or after your stay at one of the EXPERIENCIAH establishments;

• Technical and location data generated from using our websites and applications.

WHEN IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

Personal information may be collected in various contexts, such as:

Hotel-related activities:

• Room reservations;

• Check-in and payment;

• Hotel stay and service usage;

• Consumption of food and drinks in hotel bars/restaurants;

• Requests, complaints, and/or disputes.

Participation in marketing programs or events:

• Enrolling in loyalty programs;

• Responding to satisfaction surveys;

• Participating in online games or contests;

• Subscribing to newsletters to receive offers and promotions by email.

Third-party information transmission:

• Tour operators, travel agencies (online or not), GDS booking systems, etc.

Internet activity:

• Website visits (IP address, cookies in accordance with our tracking tools policy);

• Online forms (e.g., bookings, surveys, EXPERIENCIAH’s social media pages, logging in via social media accounts, chatbot interactions).

Communications:

• Marketing and Customer Service Communications: Sending information about your stays or promotional offers via instant messaging platforms (notably WhatsApp) when you have given your explicit consent.

THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

EXPERIENCIAH operates across multiple cities in Morocco. As such, your personal data may need to be shared under certain circumstances. For instance, data related to your stays, preferences, satisfaction, and loyalty program may be shared between hotels under the EXPERIENCIAH brand to improve service quality and guest experience.

You can object to this sharing at any time by contacting the Personal Data Protection Department, whose contact details are listed under “Your Rights”.

Only the following may access your data, within the limits of their responsibilities:

• Authorized internal staff;

• Individuals or legal entities legally or contractually authorized to process the data (e.g., website host, online reservation solution provider).

As the online booking solution provider is located outside Morocco, your data may be transferred internationally. These transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards in compliance with applicable data transfer regulations.

Additionally, under local law, we may be required to share your data with local authorities when legally obligated.

DATA PROCESSING IN COMPLIANCE WITH LAW NO. 09-08
